TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. Boredom Busters Pty Ltd is not liable for representations made by the venue with reference to an event or attraction, at any time.

2. Boredom Busters Pty Ltd is not liable for complaints or claims arising from the services provided by the venue.

3. Information provided by customers to the company is protected.  Boredom Busters Pty Ltd is not responsible for information provided to venues or third parties.

4. Boredom Busters Pty Ltd do not own or part own any of the venues advertised on our website or advertising material.

5. The customer is required at the time of placing order to clarify with the venues terms and conditions of sale/requirements, be it age, height etc.  Boredom Busters Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for customers purchasing incorrect tickets for age, height requirements etc.

1. If an event or attraction at a venue is cancelled for adverse weather or a cause beyond the venue's control, the venue and the Company are not obliged to arrange a substitute service;
2. Customers are required to comply with the security and safety arrangements in place at the venue including bag searches and confiscation of prohibited items which may follow.

6. The minimum package purchased is 4 venues/amusements.  You may wish to have 4 separate venues or multiple choices of one venue to meet our ticketing requirements.

7. Boredom Busters Pty Ltd takes no responsibility once goods are delivered and collected by you at your local post office (customer must show identification on collection).   Responsibility is relinquished upon delivery of the goods to the customer's nominated postal address.

8. If the customer submits an order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control and need to cancel ongoing payments, Boredom Busters Pty Ltd will send, at time of delivery a reduced entertainment package to the amount they have paid.

9. It is company policy not to refund.  Please refer to our payments section for further information.  

10. A $10.00 Administration fee applies if there are insufficient funds in your nominated account.

11. Boredom Busters Pty Ltd make every effort to check costs and other errors however, unforeseen errors do happen.  The company is not responsible for errors and changes in venue terms, conditions, prices and other information provided.  Boredom Busters Pty Ltd retain the right to refuse orders due to said errors.

12. As a condition of use, the customer understands and accepts Boredom Busters Pty Ltd terms and conditions.
